Hi! My name is Jennifer Klueppel.
I’m a certified culinary nutrition expert and health coach.
For as long as I can remember I’ve been passionate about food. I love to cook, and I love how food can heal. I look forward to helping you feel the same joy I feel in the kitchen.
It doesn’t have to be a stressful affair. I can help you find ease and enjoyment in the kitchen by giving you the tools you need to make incredibly delicious and nutritious food.

2. The Kitchen Beginner Plan
This plan includes instruction and tips to getting comfortable in the kitchen. It will include meal prep and a plan to get you started and cooking in the kitchen. This plan also includes a 5-day personalized meal plan and grocery list.
3. Monthly Coaching Program
This program includes two 1-hour one-on-one coaching sessions per month as well as support via email and text between calls.
We will focus on exactly what you need to achieve the changes you are looking for. It also includes meal planning, meal preparation tips, grocery lists and additional recipes that can help you reach the goals you are wanting to achieve.
